Wet hair thoroughly and work soap into a generous lather over the hair and scalp. Leave for 20 minutes, then gently comb through hair. This allows the soap solution to loosen lice and eggs, removing them comfortably without tugging. Repeat after 7 days to remove any remaining eggs.
