At Pastoral Whispers, we take care in packaging and sending your handmade items to ensure they arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and packed with care.

• Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

• During peak periods (such as new launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

• We currently ship Australia-wide only.

• Shipping is via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.

• Standard Shipping: $10.95 AUD 

• Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Regional/rural areas: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times may vary due to postal or courier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup 

• Free local pickup is available from Balaklava, South Australia 5461.

• Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier or postal service.

• If your parcel is missing or delayed, please contact us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry where possible.

Delivery Address

• Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

• We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
