At Pastoral Whispers, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we are committed to making things right if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.

To help us assist you quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you don’t like the scent, texture, or colour of a product, as these are handmade and small-batch with natural variation.

Allergies and Sensitivities
All ingredients are listed clearly on our product labels and listings. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any known allergies. We do not offer refunds for reactions to products. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

Missing Parcels
Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier (Australia Post or selected provider). If your parcel is missing, delayed, or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll assist where we can.
